Hi I’m Brett,
a lab engineer and security consultant who thrives on building systems that can’t be broken.
My background started in industrial engineering, where I learned how to think in processes, scale complexity, and design for reliability. That foundation drew me deeper into technology and eventually into cybersecurity — where I found my real passion: simulating real-world threats and engineering defenses that actually work outside of a textbook.
Today, I specialize in:
Enterprise Lab Engineering — building multi-VM environments that mirror enterprise IT networks.
Secure System Design — hardening infrastructure and replicating SOC workflows.
Automation — creating tools and scripts that reduce manual noise so analysts can focus on real threats.
What drives me is simple: the idea that technology should be both a shield and a proving ground. I enjoy breaking things in the lab so they’re unbreakable in production.
Outside of building and testing, I’m driven by a bigger vision — to keep sharpening my craft until I’m among the best in the world at cybersecurity, and to use that expertise to protect organizations that matter.
